Debit Card

When you open a checking account, you may order your Visa Debit Card.

Your Visa Debit Card allows you to obtain cash at ATMs and make purchases at any merchant that accepts Visa. Your purchase or cash transaction will be deducted from your checking account without writing a check.

Visa Debit Card activity is reflected on your monthly bank statement.

Verified by Visa

Verified by Visa is a service designed to provide cardholders an additional level of security for on-line purchases.  A password is added to your existing Visa card. 

Once your card has been enrolled, your card number will be recognized whenever you shop at a participating Verified by Visa merchant. Simply enter your password in the Verified by Visa window and your identity will be verified to ensure a secure transaction. For merchants that are not yet participating in Verified by Visa, don't worry, your Visa card will continue to work as usual.

Safety Tips

Do not reveal your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to others.  Avoid allowing other to view your PIN entry into the PIN pad. 

Choose your PIN number carefully. Do not use numbers such as your birthday, phone number, or anything that can be easily traced.

Never give your PIN number to anyone over the phone, even if they tell you they are from the bank.

To report a lost or stolen ATM / Visa Debit Card, please call the bank at 806-874-3581 - Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m.. After hours and on weekend, please call 1-888-263-3370

Do not approach an ATM already in use by someone.

Be aware of your surroundings, particularly at night.  Look around before using the ATM, Check to see if you are being watched. If you feel you are, cancel the transaction and use the ATM at another time, or location.

Report Lost or Stolen Card

Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your Visa debit card has been lost or stolen or if you believe any unauthorized transactions have ben made using your Visa debit card.
